General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and roylbd ("roylbd", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the roylbd website, mobile platform, all associated services, casino games, sports betting features, and any promotional content accessible through roylbd.com.

roylbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, roylbd will notify registered players through the platform interface or via registered email. Your continued use of the roylbd platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between an English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

roylbd operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided to adult players and are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the roylbd platform complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the roylbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms and conditions applicable to individual offers, constitute the entire agreement between you and roylbd concerning your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, negotiations, and agreements whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on roylbd, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing roylbd voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from roylbd or any other gambling platform in circumstances that remain active.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of roylbd or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.

Age Verification

roylbd conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladesh driving licence bearing your photograph and date of birth

Until age verification is successfully completed, roylbd reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain platform features. Any winnings accrued prior to the completion of satisfactory age verification may be withheld pending successful verification. roylbd takes no responsibility for losses incurred by players who access the platform prior to completing the full KYC process.

Account Registration

To access the full range of roylbd services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a valid account. Registration is free of charge. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active roylbd account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. roylbd employs technical detection systems to identify duplicate account creation. In the event duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended and permanently closed.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
• Withdrawals pending from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• roylbd reserves the right to void any bets or casino winnings generated across duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your roylbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. roylbd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your roylbd account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify roylbd support immediately. roylbd will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure during the investigation period.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, address, or contact details must be communicated to roylbd support along with appropriate supporting documentation. roylbd reserves the right to verify updated information before processing any related account changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

roylbd operates a native Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet. All deposits, withdrawals, balances, wagers, and winnings displayed within the roylbd platform are denominated in BDT. roylbd does not charge currency conversion fees on any BDT transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted by roylbd for both deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on roylbd is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within your roylbd account dashboard at the point of initiating a transaction. These limits are subject to change at roylbd's discretion.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your roylbd wallet within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. roylbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by players with completed KYC verification are processed as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 5 to 30 minutes
• Rocket and Upay: 15 to 60 minutes
• Bank transfers: 1 to 4 business hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. roylbd reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. roylbd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with current fee schedules displayed in the account dashboard. Players are encouraged to log in regularly to prevent dormancy fees from being applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

Bonus Policy

roylbd offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, crash game promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your roylbd account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows, though individual promotions may specify different rates:

• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Crash Games (including Aviator): 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play): 10% contribution

Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active

While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports selection is ৳1,000 unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the wagering status at the time of the breach.

Bonus Abuse and Fraud

roylbd actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, coordinated wagering between accounts, arbitrage betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, and any other behaviour that roylbd deems to constitute an abuse of the promotional system. In the event of detected bonus abuse, roylbd reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

Game Rules & Fair Play

roylbd offers casino games and sports betting markets sourced from internationally recognised and independently certified providers. All games available on roylbd are governed by the rules and technical specifications of their respective providers, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games available on roylbd — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified random number generation systems. RNG integrity is regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. • Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. roylbd does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any defined period.
• In the event of a market error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, roylbd reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at roylbd's discretion. No claims will be accepted for bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded.
• The settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) within 24 hours of the event's conclusion. Protests, appeals, and subsequent reversals of results after bets have been settled will not be used as grounds for re-settlement.
• Minimum bet: ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Crash Games

Crash games available on roylbd, including Spribe's Aviator, utilise provably fair algorithms. Each round result is generated using a cryptographic hash function, and the outcome is verifiable by the player using the provably fair verification tool provided within the game interface. By using crash games on roylbd, you confirm your understanding of the provably fair mechanism and accept the displayed round results as final.

Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display failure — roylbd will investigate the incident using its game server logs. The recorded server-side outcome shall take precedence over any client-side display. roylbd's decision on disputed outcomes, reached following investigation in good faith using available technical data, is final and binding.

User Obligations

By using the roylbd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balances, and/or reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Lawful Use

You agree to use the roylbd platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading in any way.
• Involves the use of funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Involves collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Involves the use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Involves exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the roylbd platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be forfeited.

Personal Use Only

Your roylbd account is strictly for your personal use. You may not use your account to place bets or wagers on behalf of any third party, act as an agent for third-party gamblers, or manage betting activity on behalf of others. Any commercial use of the roylbd platform is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information

You must at all times maintain accurate and current personal information on your roylbd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment method details. Knowingly providing false information at any point — during registration, during KYC, or subsequently — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Anti-Money Laundering

roylbd is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, roylbd may at any time request additional information or documentation from players regarding the source of deposited funds. Players must cooperate fully with any AML request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the reporting of the matter to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

roylbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or multiple registrations from the same individual.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal requests submitted to roylbd's payment providers by the player.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at roylbd staff.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your roylbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after standard security checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

roylbd operates a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling behaviour has become problematic. Self-exclusion requests can be made for defined periods of 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or as a permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, your account will be closed to deposits and betting activity. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed before the stated expiry date. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roylbd's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. roylbd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the roylbd platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
